We Need to Fix Inequality Aaliyan Azeem ECO4

My reason for writing about this topic is because this is something that really annoys me when I’m looking at political discourse around the world, but especially in Australia. People always point out why things are good for the economy and that is how they justify their political stance, but they don’t take the time to think about how those economic policies benefit themselves. This is key to a functioning democracy, where citizens actually get their opinions heard because they know what they want. I chose the article format for this project because I felt like this medium was more appropriate than a podcast or a ted talk, as it would allow me to be more authoritative in my tone and give more legitimacy to my piece through stylistic formatting and test.
